A...ha ha, "dickitude," that's funny. Actually, I read that they refused to lip-synch for MTV's VMAs (some saying that that was why they didn't "sound good"). I do know that they use samples, and have at least two backing musicians, I don't know if they're visible on stage. I have pretty close seats both nights (from behind the stage, mind you) but I will definitely be reporting. Thanks always for reading and commenting!B. Those who had seen them had nothing but good reports. I was talking to a record store employee in Providence, RI, who had gone and asked him what he thought. He said he refused to stick around for a band who were so obviously lip-syncing and miming throughout the set. I put the comment down to record store dickitude. Went to see them on the Black Holes and Revelations tour when it hit Hammerstein Ballroom. Now, don't get me wrong - it was entertaining as all hell. But I'll be damned if the vocals weren't coming from elsewhere than the Muse mite's mouth ... and certainly half of the instrumentation was from a source other than the instruments weilded by the group. If you're going to see them, let us know what you think!C. Bottomleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12813037716968229572noreply@blogger.com
