Roger Daltrey did an interview with Billboard.com 's Gary Graff. There were rumors for a while that the album The Who were talking about doing with T-Bone Burnett wasn't going to happen. In this interview, Roger says that it's on hold, because T-Bone is on tour with Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. Roger also says that Pete Townshend is writing new songs for a new Who album. And finally, Roger says that he has one more solo album left in him. It's been 16 years since Roger's last solo record, so that was an interesting c0mment. I think that if gets the right material (since Roger isn't really a songwriter) and a good producer who isn't intimidated by him, he can maybe come up with something pretty cool.Sunday, September 14, 2008
