Beastie Boys fans informing them that he and a group of friends are meditating twice a day, and as they meditate, they are picturing smashing all of the cancer cells in the world. You can read the whole email
here. He also says there are variations on meditating: you don't just have to sit quietly. I hope he's OK, and just meditating to wish cancer away because he is over his cancer.
