"Here's a letter to the New York Post. The worst piece of paper on the east coast. It makes no goddamn sense at all. America's oldest continuously published daily piece of bullshit" - Public Enemy 1991. Nothing to see here, just their usual swiftboating. Given who runs the rag (some of whom pictured here), and who its mother company supports, what would you expect other than attacks on true American patriots?
Sorry: you can't tell me that a celebrity's personal life is ever important enough to be on the front page of a newspaper when a war is going on, people are being driven out of their homes because they can't pay their bills, etc. It's almost an Orwellian abuse of the word "news." The Daily News (also not a paper I spend much time with) offers a different version of the Post's swiftboating.
