MTV's Splash Page blog says that the Public Enemy comic book may get turned into an animated film. As a HUGE PE fan, and a recovering comic book addict, I'm surprised that I never read the comic, but most rock and roll artists turned comic book characters don't usually make for great stories. I remember looking through issue number 1 and I wasn't super impressed, so I just left it. Even KISS, a band made for comic books, didn't have interesting comic books, and they've had numerous series with pretty much every major publisher.

PUBLIC ENEMY GRAPHIC NOVEL TO GET MOVIE-IZED?
