SCALPERS, NOT BROKERS

People who re-sell tickets for a profit online are not brokers, they are scalpers. I know this isn't as important of a problem as, say, getting affordable health care for all Americans, but it's still annoying. The New York Times has a story about the industry trying to become legit.
